Drive-way for bicycles

Whether the climate of awareness of the problem of high oil prices, I believe that the contribution of the last factor has been more than a factor of motivation (local) governments to take action.

For four years I lived in Spain I hear on the local government initiatives to minor changes in the road infrastructure: a minimal gesture, not without strategic impact: a special drive sense of bicycles. Four years were needed to widerstandsunfähig on this issue. The debate is not easy: there is no space.
